Some explanations about the logotype of the institution : • Its round shape is shown movement and outing. • According to the activity field of the institution. Which is tourism training, movement is apart of its principles. • The circles are the sign of planets and galaxies which are the destination movement and moving in horizons universe. • The books in the circles are the sign of science and knowledge. • The direction of the arrows, suches books, is the sign of continuity of movement. • The books turning toward the arrows and the movement direction is the sign of being in step with time and progress. • The tambour of circles is the sign of fourteen innocent ones. • The number of books, 5, is the sign of five holy ones. • Another sign of these five books refer to the culture of five continental in the world. • The movement of all circles and books are in direction of time and moving around the single spot it means the creator of the universe. • The sign of the institution or its described shape is such as a solar system which is moving toward the God.

Tourism Introduction : The position of tourism industry and micro and macro economy of each country is in such grade that in most industrial countries and developed societies in spite of parallel development in most fields such as agriculture industry, services, trading, tourism associated by other major sections is developed and some of them have special characteristics in the country. From which limitless and more than other sections, development of tourism is closely related to present services. For this reason all the elements of this section are depend to the training and getting necessary skills for presenting correct and suitable and best services which are in the far our of the customers. There fore, essential for development of infra structure of tourism is training and professionalism. By reviewing the current situation in tourism industry in it the world field and comparing it with the current situation in Iran , it is obvious that there is manifest different in this process. The current situation of equipment, facilities, manpower, building and related section to this industry not only cant satisfy the needs of reception of internal quest, but also cant provide the needs of foreign tourists. Being far from this section of national economy and financial and spiritual investment, specially repairing and renewing the man power and retraining the employees of this section by the scientific and occupational innovations is in the extent that, with no exception, all the involvements whish are engaged in this section are shown positive changes, but a absolutely are not satisfied. In view of the fact that a high percentage of the employed in this section even have a lower eduction curses. Obviously we can say that half of the employ haven't complete higher education, and they haven't passed specialized training, although they have been occupied in the international hotels in the past and before Islamic republic of Iran, and in some extent they educate the man power occupational training to those who were engaged in this section, but by increasing the age of these persons and be coming retired, most older people were being out from the body of this industry. At the other hand, by performing the law of the renewing and developing industries in this section, even the employed persons what were employed in the first period of Islamic republic in this field, they were retired gradually too, and the gap of expertise manpower is very obvious in this section.
