  • CALL FOR SECURING TRAINED AND SKILLED MANPOWER FOR TRADE INSTITUTIONS

    Tour and Travel agencies, hotels, guest houses, traditional restaurants , mid- way hospitality points, restaurants , coffee shops, tea houses, bakeries, confectioneries, banquette halls, girlies, catering centers, logistics and service department.


    Sabay –e- sahar educational institute under the supervision of ICHTO educational programming department and in cooperation with other educational institutes is holding vocational training course in hospitality and tourism fields.


    Trading units, service, companies, relevant employers in need of skilled and trained staff are kindly requested to fill out the following applications:


    Their need of staff will be Full filled by guaranteed well trained and sponsored candidates.


    Sabay- e- sahar institute as well as train the staff and candidates presented by employers to meet the needs of the organizations which require skilled manpower

    The minimum required period of training course is one month (120 hours , 30 hrs practical)


  • CALL FOR EMPLOYMENT

    In order to train and to eleviate the knowledge of interested young candidates, in hoteling hospitality and tourism, sabay – e – sahar cultural, educational and hospitality institute under the supervision of ICHTO programming department and in cooperation with BONYAD SHAHID, ministry of labor and social affairs and hospitality relevant trade unions ( hotels, restaurants , guest houses, mid- way hospitality points) is accepting qualified candidates (male/ female) to train and empty in relevant Fields as follows:


    A)General Requirements


    •  To have physical and mental health, approved relevant authorities (ministry of healthy)


    •  To present the non- addiction and non- penalty record letter (approved by police and judiciary authorities)


    •  To hold the high school diploma for staff employees and university degree BA/BS for managerial positions.


    •  To believe in official religion and constitution of country


    •  military service accomplishment ( for male candidates)


    •  minimum age 20 per staff- employees and maximum age 27 for managerial position


    •  To pass entrance exam and interview


    •  Approval letter issued by edareye Amakan


    •  To have a valid sponsor confirmed by employer ( of the relevant trade union)


    B) Reguired documents:


    •  copy of shenasnameh (ID) – full pages


    •  4 photos in 3x4 size ( recently taken)


    •  copy of the Last academic degree


    •  Letters and documents mentioned in item A above


    •  Course fee payment in accordance with the institute regulation


    At the first phase the qualified candidates will be presented to the relevant trade units and will be accepted for the training courses, only if they are evaluated on the need to be hired basis


    At the second phase, the trainees who pass the course successfully and are considered as qualified will be presented t relevant trade units for employment.


    C. Employment prerequisites:


    •  To pass the final exams with the minimum grade average of 16


    •  To pass successfully the practical classes in concerned fields (hotel, restaurant, travel agencies of other hospitality centers)


    Employment of candidates has probation period, after which will be hired if the employer approves.
